The scholarship application procedure consists of two steps:

(1) First, by the deadline specified below, you need to submit an electronic application through this portal, including the required attachments (see “Application Attachments” below). After the application deadline, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MŠMT) will evaluate the received applications and select the candidates it then nominates for the scholarship award.

(2) In the second stage, successful (selected) applicants are asked to submit a dossier of documents in English or Vietnamese for the partner organization in Vietnam (form and attachments). Documents are required in electronic form and must be uploaded to the candidate's application in the Studuj na VŠ portal. All documents must be issued in English or Vietnamese, or be accompanied by a translation to English or Vietnamese. The list of documents for the Vietnamese partner, their requirements, and the deadline for their submission can be found in the details of the call for application for a given year (this information varies each year).

The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports will then forward the documents to the Vietnamese Center for International Education Development, and the Vietnamese partner will subsequently decide on the award of scholarships to the nominated candidates. The Vietnamese partner will announce the results of the selection process by June 15.
