Course description
Full professional qualification consists of partial professional qualifications: Fermentation and Brewery Cellar Worker (29-100-H), Beer Bottling Plant Worker (29-099-H), and Brewery Brewhouse Worker (29-059-H). This course concludes with the aforementioned professional qualification exams, and if the participant passes them, they will be issued a certificate of full professional qualification, upon presentation of which they can apply for a trade license (without the need to prove one year of experience in a brewery) in the field of Brewer-Maltster, which allows them to manage or build a microbrewery.
